With 27 tinting bases we can offer formulations for over 20 different manufactures.
From the same tint base we can provide, through the introduction of different binders, varying finishes, the most popular being
2K Acrylic, 1K Synthetic, Quick Air-dry,

The formulating of new colours is on going in our laboratories on a daily basis using the latest colour matching software. Our intention is to build a colour library for the future, which will include sets of sprayed out colour swatches which are not simply colour computer predictions.

Our system includes two tint-able transparent primers.

They are tint-able 2-pack high build transparent primer and tint-able Synthetic high build transparent primer. Both can be applied directly to a cleaned steel chassis and provide added corrosion resistance. Both can be tinted with tinting bases, which is particularly useful when over coating with a colour that has less opacity than others.

By simply applying the tinted primer, you are left with an excellent durable matt finish.

Every type of substrate encountered by commercial refinishers, can be served by MK1 400 primer and Etch primer

• MK400 5-1-: Extra High build anti corrosion filler primer, protection for all metal substrates.
• MK400 5-1-1: High build anti corrosion primer offering exceptional adhesion, with an option of fast cure using IL3444 with a pot life of only 30 min , or slower drying with extended pot life using IL3395
• MK400 Wet on wet primer : anti corrosion protection, eliminating the need to sand, which will allow top coating within 30 minutes.
• MK IL3503: Etch Primer adhesion promoter for nonferrous metals and galvanized surfaces.

Our formulation disc covers a large range of Commercial, Agricultural and Industrial colours all indexed for easy access. Each formulation is individually priced and the strength of each mix can be adjusted within a few seconds automatically adjusting your costs
